The Kingston Theatre Hotel was struggling to compete for traffic against giants like Booking.com, especially with the fees they add on that reduce profit margins quite drastically.
The plan was therefore to utilise PPC and Google Ads, more specifically, to help deal with this. By having a lower CPA, we could use the same marketing spend but for a much greater number of rooms filled.
We rolled out innovative campaign ideas including targeting specific terminology that changed seasonally in relation to the theatre itself, helping to have incredibly low CPCs and increase ROI phenomenally.
This was so successful that the campaign also included the restaurant located within the hotel itself to further maximise ROI, often creating two or more sales from the same ad spend.
